338 N Main St is the northernmost building of the Nebraska Quilt Company. Their goal for the upper floor is to create a multipurpose space for the business, specifically for quilting retreats.
The upstairs is in beautiful condition, having undergone some renovations. However, there is still a significant need for brick and mortar work and utility updates.
Results of the survey, as well as the resource packet, will be posted once finalized.
