The building housing the Book Nook has a rich history on Papillion's Main Street. First founded as the A.W. Clarke Bank, it was later run by Pinnacle Bank. The site is known as the bank's charter location.
The upper level was once an apartment, but now sits vacant. It has great potential to be redeveloped into an office or apartment space.
Results of the survey, as well as the resource packet, will be posted once finalized.
