The Neligh Flower Shop is not only one of the longest-standing businesses in the area but also the only flower shop in the entire county. Owner Traci Jacobsen graciously gave us a tour of the historic building, sharing its story and charm. The main floor has always served as a flower shop, and under Traci’s care, it has been beautifully renovated—blending timeless character with fresh, modern touches.
The upper floor was previously used as a single-family living space, but currently sits vacant. Talks about the future included ideas such as an office, consultation space, and/or rentable space for events. Results of the survey, as well as the resource packet, will be posted once finalized
