This beautiful 1886 building is prominent in Minden's downtown and has a rich history in the community. While the study is considering it as one structure, it is technically two.
The building that once housed a bank and a fitness center is now owned by the City of Minden. The building is in need of major structural repairs - mainly including the floors and walls. The goal for the structure would be to repair the major issues to create a mixed-use development with retail at the ground floor and apartments on the upper floor.
Results of the survey, as well as the resource packet, will be posted once finalized.
