313 N Webster currently houses a small gallery. The ground floor was formerly a medical office with individual rooms and bathrooms. The upper floor has a large apartment that was likely last used 40-60 years ago. Main concerns for the building include restoring the brick and repairing hail damage on the west side of the structure.
Goals for the space might include an artist gallery with apartments or AirBNB units on the upper floor.
Results of the survey, as well as the resource packet, will be posted once finalized.
