309 N Webster Street's retail storefront currently sits vacant, but has housed a variety of businesses in the past. The ground floor is an open space, equipped with a kitchen and a small loft space. The second-floor apartment is currently in use.
Goals for the building include some storefront improvements, marketing, and retaining a valuable business to the community.
Results of the survey, as well as the resource packet, will be posted once finalized.
