Developing a Balanced Fundraising Plan will cover all aspects of income streams for downtown organization, laying it out in a simple yet, necessary plan, and building a timetable to make each task manageable. Planning strategies for municipal support (new and continuing), annual campaigns, sponsorships, special projects income, promotional income, grants, merchandise sales and fundraising events are provided in this session, along with fundraising examples from dozens of communities, of all sizes. Invite all your board members, committee members (Organization and Promotion Committees will especially benefit from the training) and sit together while you have lunch and watch, or watch from the own desks and watch. This session will cover responsibilities for board members, committee members and staff too.
