Erin Wirth is a Communications and Community Relations Specialist for the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has a passion for helping businesses in Nebraska's rural communities thrive. Previously, Erin managed the Nebraska Passport Program, an innovative travel program designed to increase traffic to Nebraska's hidden gem tourism destinations. She has worked in program development and marketing for Nebraska Tourism, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Gateway Mall. Erin was named "Marketer of the Year" by the American Marketing Association-Lincoln and one of "Lincoln's 20 Under 40: Young Professionals Making a Difference." She has held leadership positions in several nonprofit organizations that work to improve the lives of Nebraskans, and has won multiple awards from the American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America, including the top honor of "Best of Show." Erin is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's College of Journalism and Mass Communications.
