Filling Vacancies and Building Stronger Partnerships Post-Covid 19

November 18, 2020 from NOON to 1:30pm Central Time

Since they literally own downtown, property owners should be strong advocates for your downtown revitalization program. While many property owners work to fill the buildings and maintain their rental spaces,. every community has a few property owners that for a variety of reasons show little to no interest in improving their buildings or attracting tenants that will improve downtown’s business mix. During this webinar, we will explore how downtown organizations can develop a stronger relationship with property owners that will translate into greater building improvements, improved tenant mix and stronger financial support.

"This is a great session if your organization is struggling to connect with key property owners or deal with long standing vacancies.”

“Vacant or underutilized buildings cost everyone money."

"This session will help volunteers understand how they can work with property owners and realtors to find new uses for key vacancies.”
