Part Time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant
Main Street Beatrice is hiring a part-time Office Manager, with a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week.This position requires general administrative and receptionist duties to be performed professionally and efficiently. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of the Main Street Beatrice team. Applicants should possess a desire to be a part of the community. In addition to regular administrative work, this position will run special events and projects and will work closely with Board Treasurer on organization’s finances.Applicants must be reliable and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with Social Media and websites preferred. Previous administrative and financial background is helpful. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Quick Books are strongly requested.
